In corporate, everyone is after your numbers

In corporates, everyone is crazy about making an impact to outshine others, to get faster promotion, to score awards, etc. Every other team would ttry to take away as much credit as they can even if those aren't associated with their KPIs. 

For example - Creative team would try to show impact by getting numbers of impressions from social media posts, internal communications and associated engagements which isn't what they own. You will have to defend them while being collaborative -- pretty crazy tricky but you got to do it to survive in the corporate battleground.
